This years “Russell Sift Memorial Scholarship Fund” for 2020 was awarded to Drake Wille and Nicholas Lawrence both attending Automotive Training Center. The Philadelphia Modifiers are proud of these two young men, they both have a fantastic career ahead of them career ahead of them.
