The Philadelphia Modifiers Street Rod Club operates as a non-profit organization in the Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania. Each of our 45+ members come from a diverse background but have a universal passion for restoring and modifying classic vehicles. Additionally, we are an associate member of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) to stay informed on law changes and help fight against government regulations that may limit our passion.
